Working in partnership with parents and carers is very important to us. We strive to do the utmost to ensure your children are safe, secure and happy in school. There may be times when you have a concern about something you have heard about or seen. In this situation we have a clear ‘Concerns and Complaints’ Policy that sets out the procedure both schools must follow.
In the first instance, come into school and share your concerns or complaints with a member of staff. The school with endeavour to have someone contact you to discuss the issues and find ways to resolve them. Feedback of any nature is welcomed, and we use this to review our systems and processes.
Where the concern or complaint relates to SEN support provided by the school please contact the School Office who will arrange for parents to speak to our SENCo - Mr T Claxton.
Every day there are members of staff available outside on the gates who are there to help in any way they can.
